Selling in two countries - Selling limits and Accounts

I have a two-fold question.

I want to maintain two selling activities - one in the UK and one in the US - both of them will sell separate items but use the same US eBay account.  Is there an eBay policy against that? I don't want to sell UK products on my US site.

Next - If I do sell sell on ebay.co.uk  and continue on ebay.com, do both selling activities come under the same selling restrictions?  In other words, if I have a selling limit of say, $10000 and 2000 items - would the UK selling activity be a part of the US selling limits?

Policy?  = There is no policy against listing on multiple sites

Selling Limits, yes your limits will apply to the total of your listings on any and all eBay sites.
