Selling from outside the US

Trying to list an item to sell from Japan (where I live). But ebay doesn't recognize that and keeps giving me USD denominations and domestic shipping as USPS. Can't find any way to change this. No way to contact ebay about this. No info that I can find. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.

@hitsu-98

That is how it works, always has, always will.

If you list on the .com site your listings are in US Dollars.

If you list on .com you cannot use the shipping calculator, if you are shipping from outside the USA you must use Flat-Rate shipping, preferably with the service shown as "shipping from outside the US".

If you list on ebay USA from overseas you sell in American dollars. The postage policy will also be in USD so you have to guess roughly based on the exchange rate what the postage would equal to in your currency.

There are plenty of sellers in Japan who have items listed I can find on .com.  You'd have to look at one of those to figure out how they're doing it.  It may be it's listed on ebay Japan with the US as a shipping option.
