In addition, it is not uncommon for new sellers to have limitations on their accounts that may need to be addressed first. Generally speaking, some domestic sales might need to be made to show one’s merit, then once established, international listings would be allowed.
I don’t think the fact you are based in Thailand is the sole reason that resulted in your being blocked from listing. Sellers from all over the world sell on the ebay.com USA site. But first things first.
Contact eBay again and find out what is needed to sell internationally. It might require multiple attempts to find a customer service rep who can help you during this difficult time. You might try eBay’s Facebook or Twitter. I’ve heard sellers have had some success reaching help on those channels. Good luck to you in your efforts.
