Just wondering why a seller from China can sell from China but all of the listings they have up say States like Ga. N.Y.
My friend ordered something from them after I even told them not to! And of course it came from China and was bootleg (littlest Pet Shop figure)!
I have several seller accounts and sell LPS. And Hate sellers like these because believe it or not US sellers purchase from them and they turn around and sell this bootleg **bleep** also!
There are some that are worth 20 to 100 ( I know not alot of money) but these bootleg sellers are getting 2 bux for this **bleep**!
Sorry I could rant about this **bleep** all day!

Since the items you are specifically complaining about are probably copyright, you could try to contact the rights holder and explain the theft of their intellectual property.
You could also add a link to eBay's VeRO program which protects rights holders from counterfeits being offered on the site.
EBay does have a place for member complaints, but there have to be an awful lot of them-- and mostly from buyers in the form of Not As Described claims. Those hit them in the wallet.
But they pay a LOT of attention to manufacturer's complaints. Louis Vuitton schooled them about that.

I had a buyer from Vietnam have me ship to a US address. There are some sort of hold and ship companies that collect items and then forward to an overseas address, perhaps they do the same coming into the US?
