Ahhh, a shipping label.

I recommend tracking. Although not required, you'll need it if the buyer claims non-receipt. And as a newbie, you will attract scammers who will try whatever it takes to separate you from your money and your item.

That would depend on what you are selling and where you are selling it to.

It depends on...
WHAT you are shipping.
WHERE you are shipping from.
WHERE you are shipping to.
HOW you are shipping it.

Not technically what you asked, but you cannot make (unsubstantiated) claims such as these in your listings:

This is not wrong or unsubstantiated. Suwandel rice is traditional rice in Sri Lanka. According to Sri Lankan traditional medicine aka Ayruwedic medicine you can get all this benefits from eating Suwandal (Fragrant) rice.
Thank you for your response.

When you list on the eBay website, eBay what the rules are, not you or "Sri Lankan traditional medicine".
And eBay has decided that you can only make claims that have been asserted by the US Food and Drug Administration.
"Herbal, holistic, or drug-like remedies can't imply any non-government-approved treatments. It is not allowed to claim any health benefits from legal substances that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) hasn't approved."
"Activity that doesn't follow eBay policy could result in a range of actions including for example: administratively ending or canceling listings, hiding or demoting all listings from search results, lowering seller rating, buying or selling restrictions, and account suspension."

Unfortunately tradition is no considered or accepted as medical facts. You cannot apply unfounded medical claims in your listings or they can be removed and you could be suspended. People here are giving you good advice, it's best not to ignore it.

You have an item listed and don't know how to ship it if it sells ?
Best policy is to do your research and learn how to follow through on a transaction BEFORE you sell something and don't know what to do........you're very much "jumping the gun" as we say here.
Take the seller course that's offered here and know what you're doing before offering anything for sale.
Good luck to you, you're just out of sequence.......get back in alignment and you'll do great !
