Selling digital delivery products

Hello,

Its my understanding that digital delivery items are not allowed at all on ebay.co uk..

Unless,

1. You are an approved seller of digital items (You will need a letter from God) or

2. You advertise your item in the 'Everything else>information products>other information products'

Your item has to be in the classified ad section, no auction or buy it now format @ $9.99 per 30 day classified ad.

My questions are :

A. Is it possible to sell more than one item on one classified ad ?

B. Besides phoning ebay - How Exactly do I report someone for selling digital products which are NOT in a classified ad ?

I have been buying/selling on ebay many years - Please only answer if you are qualified to do so.

Don't know about the UK site, but that's the way it is on the US site.

In each listing, there is a report item link on the right side, just above the description.

Yes I know there is a report item link on the right hand side -

There are 3 drop downs once you press report item

Which of the 'ebay issue' reasons do I choose to report a digital item outside of the classified ad section ?
