Selling category issues

I sell mostly RC cars, and parts for rc cars.

Recently ebay changed the categories and sub categories for RC. The way they did has caused massive problems, and vastly lower sales. Not just for me, but other ebay RC sellers too.

The main problem is they added too many sub categories, with a lot of the new categories being useless for RC,  and searches are not coming up properly because of it. When they changed the system, they automatically changed every listing to whatever category they thought it should go into, and did virtually every one wrong.

My question is:

How can I contact ebay to discuss this with them? They do not have any email addresses I could find, and calling cust service just goes to overseas people that can only read from a script, which is completely useless. How can I get a hold of someone at ebay that can actually make decisions and changes? I am not trying to complain, I am trying to get a category fixed.

You can send an e-mail to askcommunity@ebay.com to the attention of @Anonymous or alan@ebay. Be very specific about which subcategories are incorrect and include examples by item number.

The community managers can send the information to the proper team.
