I am trying to switch my Individual eBay account to a Business Account. I am a Single Member LLC. When I select Single Member LLC, and then continue on to "Review Stakeholders", I put in my name as a primary contact director. It then throws up a red banner stating, "You need to provide at least one beneficial owner." Also, at the bottom, another red banner, "This person is already a stakeholder. We need details for another person." There are only two options to check - either a Company Director or a Beneficial Owner. Being a Single Member LLC, I am the sole owner and sole person for this account. I tried to get this resolved through a chat, but unfortunately they really they weren't of any help. If anyone is familiar with this or can help, I would really appreciate it! Thank you!
