Selling and Listing on eBay?

Hi, i have a question and Thanks in Advance 
After creating a listing for sale, and at the end, it says $0.00 Fees
After publishing the listing, will eBay take some fees from mine PayPal today, after a month, or whenever?
Or while is fee 0 the will take only if I made a sale?

I couldn't see listings on this account (maybe because I am in Australia) but if you are on managed payments I believe you get 250 listing FOC ?

I just get a replay from eBay Support

200 Listing free for business only 1 month then 0.35 per listing 
But in my case is free until a sale is made

So you are located in Albania and I assume you setup a separate account to sell with since you have no listings under this one which has been active since 2012. You need to read the eBay information pertaining to fees which is available at the following.
