I recently listed an item for 600 and I set my offer amount at 400. Someone did the offer but when I accept offer it shows next to the 400 amount 200 off before I finalize what does that mean?

That means you accepted the offer for $400 which is $200 less your original price.
$600- $200 =$400.00.
Until the buyer actually pays, the item can be sold to someone else.

You need to remove that image in your listing showing a phone number and text between you and another party. It looks like you are trying to do an off site transaction which is a violation of eBay policy.

Oh I didn’t even see that I must have hit other things in my phot gallery without realizing how do I take it off. It won’t let it shows a lock on it

It’s locked because you have a pending offer. It will remain locked for 96 hours or until you end the listing.
