Selling active process pending- Link payoneer with Ebay

Hii friends,

I have started selling active process in ebay and linked payoneer with Ebay. But address verification document  I have submitted in Payoneer still under review and process of linking with ebay still pending.

So should I wait for create my first listing until the process done or is it possible to create a listing before this process finished?

How long will it take for finish selling active process?

We don't use Payoneer in the US.

Don't list until you know your customer can pay you.

Or more precisely, until you know eBay can process your customer's payment and pass it to you.

There may be a Hold on those funds of up to 30 days while you prove your ability to complete sales and have happy customers. Be aware of that.

if your eBay account is set up, then you may be able to compose drafts of your listings and keep them in suspense in your Seller Hub until your eBay account is linked to your Payoneer.
