Hi
There is an auction that has the following as part of the item's description.
"Also included micro 256gb card with around 50gb of music installed"
Firstly it's a 200gb card, as proved by a picture in the auction and including music on the card must be against copyright law? As my understanding is, if you download music, it's for your personal use and not for re-sale.
Regards
Darren

It says listing not found so I couldn't check the listing and whether or not this was a casual or new seller who had no idea about current policies.
I for one really couldn't care as I may not even like the music that was downloaded and would dump it anyway. With all the other problems we see on here with keyword spamming and duplicate listings - this would be the least of my concerns.

First, check the law of the United Kingdom.
If it's against the law, you can report the listing to ebay, but it will probably be a waste of time.
Btw, this is ebay.com, the USA site, this is why some posters can't see the UK listings.
I see them because I'm in the UK.

What prevents viewing listings on the UK site? I haven't experienced that.

"The fact you don't care isn't the issue. I thought eBay might like to know that someone is selling copyright material on their site. "

Hi,
I'm not sure if you understand that no one on the boards is allowed to
report listings by Item Number here.

If the item is listed on ebay UK, and all other countries are blocked, the listing can only be viewed on ebay UK.
I can't see listings on ebay.com if the sellers don't ship to the UK. I can only view such listings on ebay.com if I enter a US ZIP code when I'm doing a search.
