So basically, I received a message from ebay saying I can no longer sell on ebay. It says I am below US standards. I checked the reason why and it is because I cancelled too many transactions, upon requests from the buyers (which isn't my fault). How can I get rid of the restriction? Also, what should I do now? I still want to sell items that I haven't sold yet, but apparently you are not allowed to make a new account. Please help, I've contacted ebay but they haven't responded.

"I've contacted ebay but they haven't responded."
How did you contact them?
They don't answer emails.
You have to call them or have them call you. . .

Did you cancel the transactions by selecting the option "at buyer's request"? And if so, was that really the case each time this happened?
Because even if you select that option to simply avoid a defect, and a buyer reports you for doing so, you can still be issued a defect or have a hold put on your account if you make a habit of doing it.
Not trying to accuse you of any wrong doing, just trying to come up with a solution as to how this could be happening to you as there seems to be some information missing.

It has been our experience from others who have posted to these boards about suspended accounts, that sellers are never, ever re-instated. I'm sorry, but I believe you are done here as a seller.

Do you have messages from buyers asking for cancellation and how many cancellations have you had?

Is there more to this story?
Most of your sold items got FB. Since we all know that not all sales yield FB, I don't see any indications of any cancellations.
As others have asked, how many sales have you cancelled?

Or is it that cancelled deals don't show up as 'sold' and we can't see them?
