It's been a long time since I've used it, but I still have it on my computer (one of them), access it when needed and it can still be used as a standalone, to an extent, as in keeping data and descriptions - BUT, you have to take out the token and kill the auto-update. You will still be able to pull it up and anything on it will still be there - from my experience.
