I'm confused. 12 days ago I contacted eBay via email and asked them to raise my limits so I that could restock my bestsellers. No problem says eBay. Since I have done a fantastic job they promise to have my limits raised within 48 hours.
But after 48 hours limits have not been raised. I contact them again and all I get is the same "standard" answer that my limits will be raised within 48 hours.
Waited a few days more. Still no change on my limits. And now after 12 days, they refuse to answer.
So what's up with that? Now I'm losing money and eBay also loses money since I can't restock my items. Guess my money isn't good enough for eBay.

Try calling your customer service via phone. You have been around awhile, so I would think it would be a no brainer for them to raise limits (imo), unless you have received a "limits raise" in the last 30 days. Keep trying until you speak to an advantageous rep.
I can't imagine trying to get ebay to do something via email. That does not work very well here in the states.
Best Regards
