Well first you need to not be illegally using PayPal.

You can't legally accept Pay Pal payments using that fake Pay Pal account, so you can't sell here.

Your account will probably be suspended before you get a limit raise.

You are going to need to make some successful sales first. After you have sold some items, the items are delivered to buyers and the buyers are happy, then it might be time to ask eBay to increase your limits.
