Selling Allowance

So 5 or 6 weeks ago I noticed my selling allowance had jumped from 250k to 5million overnight all the while our sales have more than dropped. Within a few days our concierge call ability is removed. Concierge is based on the amount of sales you’re getting. Could anyone relate to this. I now have a call center which seems like they really don’t want to help and one of them told me my business with eBay was now officially over and done. I have done nothing wrong that I know of. Not sure if anyone can relate or has any info regarding. I asked today why they removed my concierge and I was told that it was due to the decline in sales volume which had basically occured over the last 2 years. I asked about the selling limit and why that would jump overnight.

Selling limits for most sellers either jumped to crazy limits or were removed altogether a few weeks/months ago.  No reason to call eBay, it just means you don't have to worry about that anymore (if you ever were, I know our limits were already sky high, but now they're gone). Concierge service is mostly useless now anyways, they removed some of the benefits from what I hear (we didn't have it), so I wouldn't worry too much.  Just focus on selling.
