When will eBay finally improve seller protection? It’s incredibly frustrating and discouraging to follow all the rules—provide clear photos, accurate descriptions, and good service—only to have eBay ignore its own policies when a buyer leaves unfair feedback. It’s hard to understand how something so clear can still be ruled against the seller. Does anyone else experience this? It feels like buyers can say anything without consequence, while sellers are left with a tarnished reputation and no real recourse.

Buyers CAN say anything in feedback... but it's up to you to reply in a measured, carefully calibrated manner to neutralize their comments and thereby supply "the consequences" -- the preservation of your reputation.
Put another way, craft your response so that any sane buyer who happens to read your feedback will conclude that you are an honorable, responsible merchant.
PS: I glanced at your items and see that you are selling to my least favorite group of buyers -- males between the ages of 15 and 35. There is a lot of research on this particular demographic that may be of interest to you.

You might have photos, but nothing mentioned in the description about the shape of the damaged case.
