Sellers beware! So many new “US” addresses for third party shipping

Watch out for the delivery addresses being 3rd party shipping hubs.  So many of these are scammers who will magically appear in your messages 2-3 weeks later with false claims of not getting their package or it being damaged etc.  Unfortunately these scammers will go very far even with made up nasty reviews to try to blackmail you into just refunding them to go away.  Please be diligent in reporting these buyers to eBay and not letting them get away with it.  We have to bad together to try and stop the scammers.

How does one know that a claim of non-delivery for a forwarded item is false when sellers have no way to see the tracking to the buyer’s location?

I've never had a problem with a 3rd party shipping hub. Since I always get delivery confirmation to the hub address, I am covered for "Item Not Received" disputes.

If people just blindly give refunds for these false complaints the scammers continue

If your warning is about sellers "blindly giving refunds" after false INR claims, then 3rd party shipping hubs really have nothing to do with it.

Yes the forwarders that are in Delaware and Oregon are there because of the no Sales Tax angle, many of them moved there from other States (NY or CA). Some of the big forwarders in Florida are exempt from Sales Tax, they have individual zip codes which are exempt, they file the exemption with eBay, Amazon etc. so that no taxes are applied to shipments they are handling.

Overall, forwarders of this type are handling Billions of Dollars worth of goods exported to foreign countries, this enriches both US Sellers and maybe more important increases US exports which decrease the US trade deficit that is apparently such a major issue for the current administration.
