I have had 2 porch thefts in my neighborhood in the last 5 days, Are sellers responsible if someone has their package stolen from their porch?, I have a ring doorbell to keep track of my own porch.
I do state it in the listings. If someone wants to gamble, that's fine w/ me. I don't gamble that way. I prefer Vegas, thank you. Also, to remind: ppl send me thank you notes a lot! Repeat buyers tell me I'm onto something.
How's that working? It's in the news a lot here: they now offer "Porch Pirate Insurance"! Turning it into $$ business! Selling online these days is so much more complicated and expensive than ever. And almost everything falls on the sellers shoulders. It used to be fun and more profitable. Handle it any way you want, but I sleep great and think of other things than eBay...eBay...eBay...! Have you seen Moana2 yet? (Smiles!)
