Seller uploaded tracking on a preorder before item is to ship? Scam?

I bought 2 preorder items available in early june and the seller has already uploaded tracking #s. Should i be suspicious?  Why would you print postage 3 weeks+ ahead of shipping?

Seems kind of odd but it is probably to keep eBay off his back because pre-orders have to be shipped within 30 days of auction end. Probably just covering his a$$.

What is the estimated delivery date?

Hi, thanks for reply. 1 says may 27th , the other says july 9th.

im concerned, with the amount of time to file an inr and also, i also paid by paypal and am not sure if they cover preorders.
