Seller performance made it so I can't make any changes to my listings. Need advice

Hi,

Is there anyone that can point me in the right direction.  I need to talk to someone at ebay.  My seller performance has limited my number of listings. That isn't the problem though. Now I can't make any changes to my 1300 listings.  I can't change quantity, description or anything else.  However sales are still coming in. If I sell an item on my website I need to update the inventory on ebay and now I can't.  The seller performance problem I had was too many cancelled orders. now if I sell on my site and can't adjust on ebay I will have a worse cancelled orders problem if I sell the same item on ebay.  Is there someone at ebay I can call?  Any help here would be appreciated.

I really never heard of them restricting sellers ability to edit/Modify unless it was an auction with bids ,under 12 hours left or outstanding offers  but it may be something I never came across
Even on fixed if you have had purchases it says  you are allowed to 

Change the quantity and store category.
