Seller payouts

I understand the rules about holding seller funds when you are a "new seller." But, why did I receive a payout for an item that was just shipped yesterday and has not yet been delivered, while an item that was delivered a week ago is still on hold? 

Can someone also tell me how to contact an ebay support agent directly?

It likely just slipped through.  Be happy it isn't held.

Maybe you're just on the cusp of graduating to a no-holds status at last. You're seeing the difference between held payments on the sale from last week vs. the new no-hold payments from yesterday onward. From a timing standpoint, mine is the same: payouts were released to me for items that sold last Thursday and shipped last Friday.
