Seller payment options

I know eBay is slowly rolling out their own payment methods for sellers to get rid of paypal but it's by invite only at the moment. At this time is there any other option for sellers to accept payment besides paypal?

Nope. You must have either Paypal or be enrolled in Managed Payments.
