Seller listings cleared

Hello,

Is there a new eBay update? I made sure my app is up-to-update. I just got on my account through the IPad and iPhone and all my 400+ listings are gone. How do I get everything back? Anyone else just experience this? Please help!

Hey I just made a post about this like now... I have the same issue and made me hop up out of bed -- I see

"Some of the information wasn’t able to load. You may see more info the next time you come back."

I think it's just an update with their site.. When I search my item I still see it.

Rest assured friend I freaked out too lol. Good night 😃

Active listings page is down for me, as well. Thursday night site maintenance runs weekly from approx 10pm - 12am. It's currently 11:30 so things should be working again shortly.

3am on the east coast, but still only 11:45-ish on the west coast. eBay HQ is on the west coast.

On Thursdays Ebay runs their updates to the site.  That will sometimes cause interruptions in certain functions.  I've noticed tonight that the Seller Hub is slow and occasionally missing info.

Things will be fine in an hour or so, or certainly by tomorrow.  It is a TEMPORARY issue.

Ebay is usually on West Coast time PST, it is about 11:47 PM here

The outage page said that this maintenance will be 2-hours.  Hopefully will be fixed in 9 mins at 3AM EST. 🤞

I wouldn't count on it being that precise. Maintenance window is approximate. Sometimes it takes a few hours for things to go "back to normal" - but I'm with you in hoping it'll be fixed soon. I was about to schedule a bunch of listings.
