I use to be a preferred seller. I am just trying to sell off some of my hobby. They are letting me sell 10 dollars a month. That's a joke. They won't respond to a phone call. I will try one more time to contact them. If it fails, I will look for a different venue.

ALL sellers have limits. https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/listings/selling-limits?id=4107
New sellers have limits. Sellers who previously sold, but haven't sold in a while, are considered new sellers. That said, $10 seems unusually low.
You could try asking for an increase. (see link above) Not sure if it would work, but it can't hurt to try.

Keep your one item up while looking at or using another venue. This way you will eventually bring your eBay account back within normal selling limits once more. Every 30 days, a seller can request higher selling limits. (That is, if it is worth the effort to you.)
You are not alone in this $10 limit. There have been a number of reports in the forum about it. It is so low that it severely hampers a new or returning seller’s efforts. At first i thought it might be a glitch, but after the multiple reports showed up, it is apparently a conscious decision on eBay’s part.
Why, i do not know. But would like to.
