Seller hub changes 5/28

Once again, without any notice, ebay screws up seller hub. So now I not only can't customize the layout, but offers have been consolidated into a different location. That would be fine as long as I could view all items for which I can send an offer, but the functionality that is marked as "New" doesn't do that. With every deployment to production, ebay continues to introduce functional regressions that make its marketplace unusable. I wouldn't mind spending 9.7% in fees if ebay had a service that was reliable and consistent and didn't switch thing out on sellers without proper notification. I am genuinely tired of the regressive changes, the loss in functionallity, the continued exorbitant commissions, and the general incompetence.

eBay is working on this so we'll have to wait and see what the final result is.

On one of my accounts it's normal except for the missing Tasks panel and the missing customize link. On another of my accounts I was seeing this for a while:

As you can see, changes are still in progress.

eBay has had this banner up on Hub for weeks now, to let sellers know changes were coming.

Really hope eBay brings back that customize link! I rely on it.

@prolific_author Tasks are restored on my accounts. Try refreshing your page - if you don't see it yet, I expect you will soon. 🙂

Sometimes that notification box or boxes at the top with have an X in the upper right corner and others do not.  That is annoying.  Once I see it and I don't want it, we should have a way to dismiss that.  I encourage anyone that has an issue with this or anything else on the Seller hub, click on the "?" icon in the lower right of your screen and submit feedback.
