Seller hasn’t signed for item or picked it up

I shipped an item via FedEx. It was insured because of the value and needs to be signed for upon arrival. FedEx has attempted to deliver it twice and it hasn’t been picked up at the facility. How long until they just send it back to me? What are the rules for this??

I'm just guessing here but I think you mean "Buyer" hasn't picked up package.

FedEx should attempt delivery at least three times, then it sits for a number of days at the hub. If package still hasn't been picked up it's shipped back to sender.

The best answer to your questions will come from FedEx ..... call them and ask how long? when? who? where? package is sent back as undeliverable.
