Seller feedback for buyer

Am I expected to type in my feedback comments for every individual buyer? I do not have that much time to waste typing a comment for each buyer.  Before this wonderful "Seller Hub", I could check a few boxes and leave feedback for all of my buyers at once.

although feedback is 100% voluntary, i cant' imagine what a busy person you must be that you dont' have an x-tra 30 seconds to say thank you to your customers. its just good business.....just sayin'

If you don't have the ability on eBay to leave Feedback en masse, use notepad. 

Type a few standard feedback statements. Save it.  When you have feedback to leave, open Notepad and copy paste into the appropriate areas.

You will save lots of time.

Can't you set up automated feedback via Site Preferences? Has that feature been cancelled?

I've gone back to Selling Manager from Seller Hub - problem solved.
