Seller account in Netherlands cancelled without explanation - how to reach Ebay without an account?

I sold 1 legitimate item on Ebay from the Netherlands and buyer confirmed receipt and satisfaction. However, I got a notice of my Ebay account cancellation for no clear reason. I cannot reach Ebay witout an account. What to do?v

Was that transaction canceled?  I see you have lots of items for sale currently so I'm not sure what was canceled.

You sold it from the Netherlands, however your account here reads you're located in Falls Church, Virginia.  Am I missing something? Could you come back and follow up? as I'm not understanding your message other than "seller account cancelled without explanation" but your location is in the US from what I can see.

I am assisting my relative based in the Netherlands who sold a real, collector's item model car to a buyer in Germany. Buyer already gave postive feedback and then Ebay came back and cancelled his Ebay account with no concrete explanation. Value was around 250 euros. Transaction was already completed and nothing went wrong. Since my relative has no Ebay account, I am helping him to ask this community if this has hppened before and how to resolve. My relative basicaly wants to be back in Ebay but doesnt know how to reach a person there. Any recommendations?

Not cancelled. All went through fine. It was my relative's account tht was cancelled...he sold it, transaction completed then Ebay cancelled his account. No explanation. It was legit, item was legit. Not stolen or contraband...it's just a model car scale 1:18 with proper barcode and everything.

eBay does not cancel accounts "for no reason", they might be vague and/or non-specific but there is always a reason  in the notification they send.

When new sellers get shut down it's usually related to the item itself or more likely an issue with the registration related to payments.

Your best option is to contact eBay at the facebook link given in a previous post.

BE AWARE: eBay is unlikely to talk to you because it's not your account and perhaps more important, establishing a connection with a suspended account is never good, it could potentially have a serious negative impact on your own account.
