Seller Status calculations when a buyer buys multiple items in one sale?

For seller status, some of the metrics are based on # of transactions. Particularly, the transaction defect rate I'm concerned about (2% takes you below standard).

Question: if I have a multiple quantity listing, and a buyer purchases several items at once (say 10 items), does that count as 10 toward the transaction count or just 1?

Similarly, if the buyer buys 1 item but 10 different orders, would that then count as 10 for the transaction defect metric?

This one would definitely be considered one transaction

This one I'm not so sure, generally speaking puchases of multiple items during the same week count as only one "transaction". That's how it works for feedback but might be different for the defect rate. I suspect that if a single payment is made then it's only one transaction for sure, multiple payments might be different.

If you have 10 like items and buyer purchases each one at a time and pays for each one instead of waiting for a combined total thats 10 defects....
