Ebay needs to do better job of protecting sellers from negative feed back when shipping is out of our control. As a seller, we strive to ship same day or within 24 hours of purchse, but that doesn't matter when the post office mis handles a shipment and delays a simple 4oz shipment for 30 days or more. Buyer blames seller... expects FULL REFUND from a small business when its at no fault of the seller. Buyer leaves VERY negative feedback from frustration. Ebay could monitor that feedback and remove it or hide it.. especially when its VERY obvious that seller is playing by the rules. They monitor everything else with AI and key words, why cant they monitor that feedback??

Your response to the FB is more harmful to you than the FB.
A simple statement that the item was delayed by the USPS would be preferable.
Fortunately, a minority of Ebay buyers leave or read FB.

Agreed, seems all the replies are like that when its negative.... How one responds is always more important.
