Seller Performance dropped

Apparently my sellers performance dropped because of tracking issues . Tracking issues happened because my eBay postage link would not produce shipping labels .Each non printed label produced a tracking number   that could not be used or removed from the listing. Adding my own later did not fill the bill. Talk about a screwed up situation. All the above items were shipped out earlier than the norm.   Thank you for reading my ugly squawk!

Go to Seller Help (link) and submit requests for each affected item under appeal a defect. If you uploaded a second tracking number within your handling time then that the first unused tracking numbers shouldn't count against you.

This isn't an issue I have heard about before with the Ebay shipping labels.  Can you share more details.

I have had from time to time a shipping label not display properly for printing, but in clicking on the reprint label function I am able to typically get the label to print.

Yes when you create a label it creates a tracking number.  That is normal and as it should be.  And you were charged for those shipping labels.  Did you Void them so you could get your money back?

Yes I voided the labels every time ,But that does not remove the useless tracking number that was generated for the label.

Click edit

Click add another, add the new number and save.

The next screen will show both tracking numbers. Remove the voided one.
