Has anyone else discovered the new print layout for shipping items from selling manager?
I am having all sorts of issues printing documents, particularly as I use pre-cut label template paper which will not work through the new system! Thanks ebay! Absolutely awful system.
I am finding that I have to print a separate label, at some expense I might add, and the reams of pre-cut documents I have used for years (like so many) are now effectively useless! I am so angry.
The customer address also prints with details not appropriate to the customer address, which includes an ebay reference (certainly not required on the address label) and the customer telephone number at the bottom. I have previously included customer contacts had had numerous requests to remove so I am not sure how I will go about removing those from the print run anyway!
My question therefore, is this - has anyone using this new system been able to revert back to the older, more user friendly print option as before?
