Seller Hub is not saving shortcuts

I have been using Seller Hub for a long time and had added many eBay shortcuts to the Shortcuts panel. Today all the ones that I have added over time have disappeared. The boiler plate ones are still there. 

I have tried adding some of the missing ones back and they appear to be added but as soon as I leave the page to go to another page such as my Listings then come back to Seller hub the ones I added back are gone, vapourised, vanished, kaput.

Can anyone suggest a cure for this ailment?

The "End a listing" shortcut is gone. When I want to end a listing, I must scroll through hundreds of listings to find it.

Sorry I recreated your post with my own.  I said 

23 years of personal links deleted from seller hub???  The "create your own" shortcuts are ALL GONE!  I spent hours copying all of my own personal links to hidden gems on ebay and all gone!  SO IRRITATED with screwed up adjustments on this website!  I KNOW others are having this same issue because my other selling ID has them all missing, too!  UGH!!!  EBAY!  FIX THIS BACK!
