Do you think maybe somebody could write a little memo instead of asking us to watch a talking-head video that's nearly SEVEN MINUTES LONG?! Thanks.

Very charming woman...
wearing a beautiful killer coral color scarf..Love this scarf...
Suggests keeping in communication with our buyers re: shipping...
Main seller info is that if our shipments are late Ebay will certainly look at unwarranted negative feedback...

Sure I saw the Announcement but since it didn't reference this video (and vice-versa) I expected that they had different message content.

Did eBay know that recently USPS Mail Processing Center in Washington State had to shut down for 14 days due to one clerk was tested positive with COVD-19?
This will impact shipping schedules to the areas of Washington, Alaska, Vancouver (Canada) and anywhere related.

eBay is probably not aware. I didn't see any announcement about it at usps.com (which I check daily) and can't find it in their web page about Washington state. Is there a local news source you can cite?
https://about.usps.com/newsroom/local-releases/wa/
The main USPS service alerts page says this:
"Currently, we are not experiencing operational impacts as a result of the COVID-19 epidemic and we are using this time to review/revise our contingency plans should they be needed."
Their drop-down menus for local residential and business service disruptions say nothing about Washington state.

It was announced within employee's information every morning (AKA- "stand-up" talk).
Since they (USPS) figured out how to divert the mail to another processing plant, they didn't want to disturb customers, but they sent out this message to their employees so everyone can be aware!

Show us you care and quit making us wait to receive payments that winning bidders paid for days ago, Not happy with managed payments so far.

Any chance we could get a free listing promotion during this time? The more products we can list now for free, the better chance us small business-people have of weathering the storm, as it were. . .

Get rid of the Top Rated Seller requirement that we ship within 1 day. Why are you forcing us to go to the post office 3-5 times a week during this time and putting us in harms way ?

...you can send notification to USPS for requesting pick-up outgoing packages...your daily mail-carrier will do it...
...I think eBay policy about 1 day shipping is as soon as you sold your item, you purchase your shipping label within 24hrs and provide the tracking number for buyer...not really physically being at Post Office...
...wait a minute...you have been here long enough, more than me (by looking at your feedback scores)...so you probably already an expert about this...

Thank you for updating.

Thank you for the seller performance protection.
