Second offers to interested buyers

When an interested buyer makes an offer and the seller then counteroffers and they don’t accept or respond in any way and then the seller then changes their mind and tries to contact that same person who made the offer so that the seller can then make the same offer they offered or even lower than what they previously offered to try and sell the item ....how does the seller send this offer or a message to the interested potential buyer . I’ve gone to member profile and takes me nowhere because they are just a buyer and don’t have any items listed for sale to be able to click “ contact seller “ to be able to send a message to them . Please help

I don't remember where exactly it is, but there is a place to review all offers made on your active item.  I don't know if it will let you do anything with it, but it might. Hopefully someone will come along with more info.

The blue 'Manage Offers' link is at the top of the listing's page. From there, you can't do much besides see the prospective buyer's ID and the previous offer information... there's no link to contact that person.

If you have a Watcher, you can send an offer. Maybe the Watcher is the prospective buyer you're looking for.
