I am a new seller and this is what I got “I appreciate your acceptance, but due to me not constant on my eBay App, I would prefer you chat me up here on (419) 930-6934 so we can reach an agreement, thanks and sorry for the inconveniences” and I supposed this is a scam message since minutes later someone sent the same message with a new number…

Probably a scam.
Don't communicate off the eBay platform.
Don't phone them.
Inform them that ALL communications MUST be on the eBay platform.
No exceptions.

Those are scammers.
You are going to attract a lot of scammers since you have zero feedback and you're trying to sell an Apple product.

It's a scam.
NEVER ever text a buyer. Any legitimate transaction can be conducted through ebay.

Scam!
Always communicate via eBay Messages with shoppers. In addition, it is a policy violation for members to exchange or send contact information prior to a sale. eBay is trying to thwart off-eBay transactions.

Yep.
Even if it were not a scam -- which it is-- why would you deal with someone so disorganized?

That is a scam attempt. If you haven't responded to them, try something like this.
If the buyer already purchased an item, try this.
Thank you for your purchase. It is quite simple on Ebay to complete a transaction, you just need to pay for it and then I ship it to you. We don't have anything to "reach and agreement on", we did that when you purchased my item. All communication will be through Ebay. Again, thank you for your purchase.
If they haven't purchased yet, just change that so it makes sense.
GREAT CATCH. I'm so glad you didn't fall for it. GOOD JOB.
