I just had someone do the "buy it now" option for my Galaxy watch....which had several days remaining. The buyer is in the North Mariana islands...as US territory. They have 565 completed sales on ebay in the last 10 years, but many of the responses from different sellers are worded exactly the same. Does this sound suspicious to anyone?

Many Sellers use FB templates to leave standardized FBs.
They have 565 FBs and that brings you concern? Or is the concern their location?
I would be concerned with neither, but if you did not wish to sell to a US Territory, you should have restricted the listing prior to putting it up for sale.
Good luck - maybe consider using SC.

The exact same wording might just be the result of purchasing from larger sellers, who use automated feedback. IIRC there are only 5 or 6 assorted comments which are used in the auto feedback option.

Because this particular buyer has so many feedbacks, it just might be legitimate purchase from a good buyer, and you'll have to make a value judgment on whether you want to risk losing control over the watch by shipping it. Shipping also opens up another large arena for scammers.
It could be a legitimately good sale, but because of the exponential rise in scams today, if I had so few feedbacks like you, I personally would not take the long-distance risk on a higher-value item such as this. But then that's just me. The chances of it being an attempted scam increase because of very few feedbacks, which attracts scammers like a magnet. You could end up losing the item AND your money by a shrewd "buyer".
A rule of thumb from many seasoned sellers like myself: Don't sell and ship a higher-value item on Ebay, unless your business model is prepared to lose both the item AND possibly your money. The use of Local Pickup on Ebay and negotiating the use of cash is a better option. My expensive items on Ebay are listed that way, and I sometimes successfully just use Craigslist for local pickup and cash.
Read a few hundred posts here on this Selling forum, and become familiarized with the rising tide of scams and the hassles and heartaches of those who have been victimized. Sorry, but it's the reality today in online selling.
Good luck with whatever you decide on this borderline situation... others here on this forum will chime in, too, especially with your buyer having hundreds of feedbacks.
Cheers, Duffy

Thanks, I did not know that.

Thanks. It was the fact that so many of their sellers used the exact same wording which was of concern. It never occurred to me that it was a standard selection. Thanks!
