So I was recently scammed.
I have received multiple emails from two people.
I have the address but it might not be the real address. I have contacted the delivery service and have requested a re-delivery to my nearest post office. I have the evidence and I'm stuck on what to do next.

HOw exactly where you scammed. Did you sell off eBay or did the buyer purchase on eBay but not pay. If you sold off eBay and received a fake email telling you that you were paid, eBay warns against this action and of course it is a policy violation to sell off eBay.
If buyer did not pay, you failed to log into your paypal account and confirm that buyer made payment prior to shipping. No one can help you as these scammers are long gone. if you want to sell online, you need to protect yourself.

You did the right thing doing a package intercept. Once you get the item back you can relist. The fake paypal email informing you of the bogus payment and requesting immediate shipping is current scam going around. You should call c-s and ask for trust & safety and inform them of the scam attempt so they can shut the scammer's user id down.
