Scammed During A Return

Hi!

I recently sold a pair of jordans and the buyer decided to return them because he "Found a better price on ebay.com". He then shipped the item back, but the item never came.  I then received an alert that the item had been delivered and that eBay had refunded the buyer the money he had paid for the shoes. Since the item had not appeared to arrive, I checked the tracking and it said the package had been delivered to a place in las vegas, the place where the buyer lives. What should I do? He already has the money and I have no way of contacting him. I opened a case with eBay and they still haven't gotten back to me. Any advice would be nice. Thanks!

They were sent to the Authenticator in Las Vegas “Sneaker Con”. Unfortunately eBay refunds the buyer as soon as the package gets delivered to them. You’ll get the shoes back several days later via fedex hopefully…
