Definite scam. There is no such thing as an ebay buyer protection order.

If you paid with ebay gift cards, then yes, it's a scam. The money on the cards is gone. There is no car/truck/rv/motorcyle/tractor/etc. Sorry you were scammed.

And to add... the 'further instructions regarding shipping' will also request more gift cards. Don't buy those either.

It hardly matters how they paid - gift cards or money orders or whatever. Its a total scam and it looks like payment was sent so the money is probably gone forever.

That mention of waiting a day so before seller ships might be in case the scammer has a problem snatching the money right away.

@jocar-9600 - How did you send payment? Any chance of getting it back or intercepting it?
