Buyer sent him a message. Asked me to text his phone to figure out how to pay. I told him. Take that up with Ebay I will not do anything oft side of Ebay. He bid 140 on an item I posted for 30. Is this is a scam he should know how to make a payment correct? My PayPal is on there he should just hit make payment right?

Yes, it IS a scam.

Probably, sending him your e-mail address will give him the information to send you a fake PayPal letter saying that you have been paid and you will get the money AFTER you ship and upload tracking information.

Tell the buyer he should call customer service with his payment problem.

Not saying 'NO' doesn't mean 'YES'.

The foolishness of one's actions or words is determined by the number of witnesses.

Perhaps if Brains were described as an APP, many people would use them more often.

And then, log-in to the PayPal site and see if you have been paid. And, only ship after you get paid.
