Saved Feedback messages are gone (?)

Went to leave a buyer feedback and all my saved feedback messages are gone. 

instead, there is some pre-scripted sentence from ebay. 

what gives?

Try leaving it from the Shipped and awaiting your feedback section of the seller hub.

thanks.  I am reading it now.  I did try and see if there was a previous discussion but apparently put in the wrong keywords on my search.

When searching discussions best tip I can suggest is use by date vs best match. Majority of time obsolete(zombie threads) results will show up with best match.

Just copy and paste it from your "left for others". It doesn't add all that much time to the process.
