When I click on 'Save as template' in my Active Listings, the template opens with none of the original auction information populated/carried over to the template page. The template is blank. I click/check off the auction first before using the pull down menu to choose 'Save as template'. I have tried several of my auctions. None of the templates transfer the information over.
