Same zip code RETURN scam, again

The buyer provided a tracking showing a return to the correct zipcode and delivered, of course I got nothing. 

I have to travel all the way to the local post office to get a print out of USPS intranet tracking result, showing the tracking was delivered to a different address with same zipcode, acturally not same the addon 4 digits are different. And USPS told me that they can tell it is a 2 oz mail, and I am expecting a 5 lbs package.

open a case and submit the document, but the system still close it in favor of the buyer. 

repeal the case, and get it corrected.

Since this is mail fraud you should:

1) file a mail fraud report with USPS.

2) file a fraud report with ic3.gov.

3) (hardest part) File a police report with your local police dept and have them forward a copy to the buyers local PD.

4) File your appeal with eBay including all the above reports.

This may not help you get your money back, but will get a repeat offender on the radar and eventually caught.
