Sales has dropped dramatically on Ebay. Why? One of the reasons is the high fees that ebay charges that makes sellers to rise prices on their items.  Also I attribute the change on ebay financing methods that changed claiming that it would be better for sellers when in reality we were better off with the old method. Also in my case I seen Ebay break their own policies. I am tented to cancel my two accounts or switch to other selling sites.

Yup!

It's a repeat of the industrial age...just the names and companies changed but the system that made the barons and tycoons back then is obviously at work here and its name is greed.

This is what happens when people do not pay attention to history, they end up repeating the  mistakes of the past.

WAIT!  Don't tell me...it's gonna be different this time.  🙄

Way to go disparaging other people's hard work. Yeah, $15 an hour is way too much to work in a restaurant, says the people who've never done it.

I spend 8 hours every night getting cut, burned, and screamed at in a restaurant that sells as many as 1,000+ burgers in an hour. That by the way is short staffed cause no one wants to work, and no one in their right mind would want this job because its clearly not as easy as yourself and others make it out to be.

Those higher wages come with higher productivity expectations, its not free money. Some nights I work an entire shift with just 1 other employee.

I take their order on the drive thru, then go back on the line and make their food. MY last job as a server I cleaned the entire restaurant every night, while being the only server available, while cooking their food.

Try wearing a mask in a sweltering hot kitchen for hours on end!

I wonder where it is you people get this idea that restaurant workers dont work for a living. I definitely work for my money.

Sales

Sales have been really bad for me this entire year. Once businesses started to reopen this past summer I was back to work in the restaurant industry. Though I've kept my ebay store open for now.

It seems people are really broke, I can tell from the types of sales I'm getting. People are only buying whatever items are the cheapest.

The irony there's tons of good paying jobs out there right now but hardly anyone wants to work. I've never had so many job offers in my life.

I'd like to keep my store here open, but I'm really starting to lose faith in ebay.
