Where have all the sales gone ? I use to do 5-10 orders per day, now I'm lucky to see 1-2 per day. I guess maybe I should sell everything for $1.00 and give free shipping to boot.

Unfortunately, there are many sellers in the same boat as you. I felt a drastic drop earlier in the year. I have been trying to make sure I list two or three things a day, and that has help to bring up sales somewhat, but not back to my previous revenue.

I've been rotating in new listings every day for the last 3 weeks. I've got about the same impressions and views with 200 items that I had with 1000 last fall. Sales are up 650% from last month, and I'm down 40% from last year. It seems to be having an effect although I've noticed Ebay put the brakes on my impressions and views the last week or so, with the result that my week over week sales are down about 40%. Could be due to the holiday but I'm always waiting for the moment my selling activity trips some hidden Ebay bot that proceeds to throttle my listings.
