Since Ebay is now collecting sales tax from states, I no longer keep a record of how much sales tax has been paid by customers from my state. How can I find out how much sales tax Ebay has collected and submitted to my State?

Download an Orders Report from the Orders tab of the Seller Hub

Thanks Slippin'! I found it, but it was on the "sales" page, not my "orders" page.

Orders Report on eBay only have a time life of ninety days. Thereafter, dead not archived unless when download and saved on your own system. Another example of eBay's shorthand approach. Look back is on the skinny. Also, when eBay remits taxes to the pertinent states it is on a bulk dump basis. Virtually impossible to determine what was remitted on your behalf.
Therefore, it is efficient to file DTF 17 Form Register as a sales tax vendor. Acquire a Certificate of Authority File the Quarterly ST 100 report

Being you are listed on eBay as a store seller do your own due diligence, do not listen to them when they say "you have to take no action" you will find yourself ending up in hot water. If a audit occurs, at least you will have some paper trial to fall back on. The STW sales tax withholdings can be crossed referenced. Drawback $50.00 penalty if the filing date is missed.

Not your "my Orders" page, it is on the ALL Orders page.

@joanne5752 If you need info going back further than 90 days, here are a couple other ideas to try.
They have recently changed the Managed Payments reports to now include eBay collected tax. You can go to Payments>Reports>Transaction Report and the file should now have columns for both seller collected and eBay collected tax.
Here's what it looks like. You could sort or filter the spreadsheet just to see only sales for your state.
This report will only go back to whenever your start date for Managed Payments was. However, if you were still using PayPal for part of the year, you should be able to pull that information directly from PayPal as well.
It's been a while since I looked, but I believe in the PayPal reports it is labeled something like "Partner collected tax".
Hope that helps!

So does Ebay just get a tax credit for everybodies taxes they have collected for them? Seems really sketchy; another way ebay can screw us over. I don't think anything was mentioned in seller updates about me having to keep track of my sales tax that ebay collects on my behalf. I figured I would get a form of some sort from ebay that says how much the taxes were they collected. AND only can be downloaded for 3 months, what a bunch of crap. They can claim all of our taxes on their behalf because the don't know who paid what? Doesn't seem legit!

The (sales) taxes eBay/Adyen collects are remitted to the jurisdiction for whom they were collected for.
You do not have to keep track of that.
There are hundreds of different jurisdictions in the USA. Can you imagine if you, the seller, was reasonable for collecting and remitting those taxes to each entity? What a nightmare that would be.
eBay isn’t an accounting program. Sellers have to keep their own records.

When there is a subject you don't understand or you have questions about, it is usually best to ask questions so you can LEARN what it means BEFORE you start accusing someone of doing something wrong or call them names.
Ebay is REQUIRED BY LAW to collect and REMIT sales tax to about 45 states.
Ebay does NOT designate or decide what you as a seller has to keep track of. Not their JOB.
You need to check the requirements of your state to find out if you are require to keep track of that and report it on the report you file with your state for your income.
Ebay has no such report that they send sellers.
If you go to your Seller Hub, hover over the Payments Tab, from the drop down menu select REPORTS. You can download the detailed transaction report into a worksheet program and gather all your information for an entire year.
Why in the world would Ebay need to "claim all of our taxes on their behalf"? What does that even mean?
You seem to think there is some benefit to Ebay to collect and remit sales taxes to the appropriate states, but I don't know what benefit you think they get from that which is being taken away from you?

Adyen has nothing to do with this process other than they process the money from the buyer to Ebay. Beyond that, they have no involvement. Ebay sets the amounts that need to be collected, manages the program and remits it to the proper states as you said.
LOVE your closing statement. It is eye opening how many sellers actually think it is Ebay's responsibility.
