eBay can't get the spam out of the results, instead of Otterboxes they are showing decals for Otterboxes clogging up the search results, it is no wonder buyers leave when they come here.

They are turning items on and off with cassini search. I have been trying to see if my items are cell phone ready with eBays checker. Every item I try to check stops at 60 % and then says can' t be found. Only a hidden item would respond this way.

The tool's server could be stalling, the best way to see if your item is in eBay is to do a generic search on Google and eBay for it, don't run an exact cut and paste title search, just use a few of the keywords in your title.

@liw48 wrote:No it's not temporary. It's Ebay-wide, low sales, no sales. I gave up after 3 weeks/ one month of no sales. I delisted items on Ebay, I'll come back when the Ebay tech guy has figured it out-- whenever that is.

Other than that your use of all caps is an issue. I think that search engines will ignore your listings and, since eBay knows this, they might be suppressing your visibility.
And, besides that, all caps is annoying, hard to read and considered shouting (rude).
Good luck!
The problem is not knowing whether to stay the course, bail, or change the business plan. I have too much invested in inventory to bail.
Right now I am pushing auctions including some things I've had in the store for weeks. If they do not sell, out they go. I'm accepting reasonable Best Offers. One trick I haven't tried lately is the Markdown Manager.
It's hard to know buyer psychology. You'd think if they found the price too high they'd make offers, but I understand there are a few reasons they might not make one (like not wanting a delay to see if the offer is accepted). That brings things right back to whether the items are priced to move.

What more can you do ?
Give your stuff away at a loss ?
You simply have to hold on until things turn around unless you go out of business.

I meant what more I can do is push auctions for a while. Try to keep listing more consistently. Consider Markdown Manager. Stuff like that.

I believe it is what part of the country you are in...eBay doesnt use just one server, they have many. Glad you found it on page 9 what a crock.Maybe ebays phone friendly page doesn't work but the item numbers cant find items to tell you yes or no

Very much a downward trend. Our sales down 50 to 70% from same period a year ago. Just not the same. If theybwould make some changes and get more aggeessive with offering new ways to sell it would ve good for everyone. Maybe Amazon is affecting sales in other ways.. they offer a lot more marketing opprtunities to sellers and arw innovative !! That is the key and probably whybwe have increased 2000% in last 22 months. Hope they go back to the innovative co. They once were ..
